AUTHORIZATION & APPOINTMENT Once you receive the repair report and all of your questions are answered, we MUST receive your authorization to proceed with vehicle repairs. If your insurance provider requires an appointment, appraisal, or details about the repairs, our team will coordinate, schedule, and discuss all of these items directly with the insurer on your behalf.

BLUEPRINT & DISASSEMBLE After receiving approval for the repairs, your vehicle will be handed over to our qualified technicians to do a thorough evaluation during the disassembly process. If any further damage is discovered while disassembling the vehicle, we will contact you and provide you with an updated repair estimate. Again, we will only proceed with these repairs once we receive your green light to move forward.
