A: It is not normally necessary to obtain more than one estimate on your vehicle unless your insurance policy specifically states otherwise.

Q: How long is the repair warranty?
A: We certify that all repairs will be free of defects in materials and workmanship, excluding wear and deterioration resulting from normal driving conditions, for as long as you own your car.
Kenny Kent Collision Lifetime Limited Warranty applies to all repairs performed by our facility, as well as repairs subleted by Kenny Kent Collision to third-party providers. If a defect in workmanship is noted or observed, we will remedy such defect(s) in workmanship by repairing or refinishing the specific defective components, parts or sections at no charge to you.
Q: How long will the repairs take?
A: Your advisor can give you an estimate of the time it will take to complete the repairs to your vehicle. Be sure to check with your advisor for the specifics on your vehicle.
Q: Do you have rental cars or loaners?
A: If you need a rental car, we can help you make the necessary arrangements. Insurance companies will only pay for a rental car if you have that option on your policy or if you are the claimant. Check your policy and/or call your insurance company to find out if you have rental coverage and what your specific limitations are.
Q: Who do I pay the deductible to?
A: The amount of deductible that you will be responsible for is determined by your insurance policy. Insurance companies determine fault of the accident when you make the claim and by reviewing the accident report filed with the police department. If you aren't sure about your deductible, you can call your agent and he can tell you whether your insurance company has waived your deductible or whether you will be responsible to pay this to us when you pick up your vehicle.

A: Yes, we work with ALL insurance companies. All we need is your insurance company name, phone number and claim number. After that, we will handle everything.

Q: Do I have the right to choose where my car is repaired?
A: You do have the right to take your vehicle to the collision center of your choice. Your insurance company may require that they inspect the vehicle. If so, you can request that they perform their inspection on our lot. Kenny Kent Collision Center works closely with all major insurance carriers, maintaining close communication with them regarding all work and repairs that are needed for your vehicle. Our partnership with the insurance carriers ensures a smoother, faster repair.
Q: Why do damage estimates vary?
A: Many insurance companies write their own initial estimate based solely on what they can see without disassembling the damaged areas to inspect for hidden damage. Differences in repair estimates are common. A lower estimate may not include all necessary repairs. Our Customer Service Representative will be happy to explain any such differences.
