Q: Do I need more  than one estimate?
A: It is not normally necessary to obtain more than one  estimate on your vehicle unless your insurance policy specifically states  otherwise.

For your convenience, it may be best to select our facility  to assist you with your insurance claim. Our reputation and working  relationship with the insurance industry can lessen the hassles and uncertainties involved with your claim. We work with insurance claims on a daily  basis and let's face it - you have more important things to worry about.

Q: How long is the  repair warranty?
A: We certify that all repairs will be free of defects in  materials and workmanship, excluding wear and deterioration resulting from  normal driving conditions, for as long as you own your car.

Kenny Kent Collision Lifetime Limited Warranty applies to  all repairs performed by our facility, as well as repairs subleted by Kenny  Kent Collision to third-party providers. If a defect in workmanship is noted or  observed, we will remedy such defect(s) in workmanship by repairing or refinishing the specific defective components, parts or sections at no charge to you.

Q: How long will the  repairs take?
A: Your advisor can give you an estimate of the time it will  take to complete the repairs to your vehicle. Be sure to check with your  advisor for the specifics on your vehicle.

Q: Do you have rental  cars or loaners?
A: If you need a rental car, we can help you make the  necessary arrangements. Insurance companies will only pay for a rental car if  you have that option on your policy or if you are the claimant. Check your  policy and/or call your insurance company to find out if you have rental  coverage and what your specific limitations are.

Q: Who do I pay the  deductible to?
A: The amount of deductible that you will be responsible for  is determined by your insurance policy. Insurance companies determine fault of  the accident when you make the claim and by reviewing the accident report filed  with the police department. If you aren't sure about your deductible, you can  call your agent and he can tell you whether your insurance company has waived  your deductible or whether you will be responsible to pay this to us when you  pick up your vehicle.

Q: Do you work with  all insurance companies?
A: Yes, we work with ALL insurance companies. All we need is  your insurance company name, phone number and claim number. After that, we will handle  everything.

Q: Do you work on all  makes and models?
A: Yes, we work on ALL makes and models.

Q: Do I have the  right to choose where my car is repaired?
A: You do have the right to take your vehicle to the  collision center of your choice. Your insurance company may require that they  inspect the vehicle. If so, you can request that they perform their inspection  on our lot. Kenny Kent Collision Center works closely with all major insurance  carriers, maintaining close communication with them regarding all work and  repairs that are needed for your vehicle. Our partnership with the insurance  carriers ensures a smoother, faster repair.

Q: Why do damage  estimates vary?
A: Many insurance companies write their own initial estimate  based solely on what they can see without disassembling the damaged areas to  inspect for hidden damage. Differences in repair estimates are common. A lower  estimate may not include all necessary repairs. Our Customer Service  Representative will be happy to explain any such differences.
